By clicking on the ‘Add Business Expense’ button each time you spend money for a business cost, Pocket PA allows you to enter all the information in quickly, snap a photo of the receipt or attach the invoice and save it - all in less than 30 seconds
There is a line to enter the expense description and a drop-down menu to categorise the expense into a group that your accountant will recognise for your tax return at the end of the year.
Once you have tracked your business expense, it’s all backed up and stored on the cloud, so you don’t have to worry about lost receipts ever again.
For every lost receipt and penny that you spend and don't claim back, you have to earn more money to make up for this and it reduces the profit you could be making
There is even a button to log in and track recurring expenses that happen on a regular basis e.g. monthly room rent / quarterly electric payments / annual subscriptions or insurances.
By entering it in once, and selecting the recurring frequency, its one less thing you need to keep remembering to add in.
Business mileage is easy to track as an expense in Pocket PA with an automated feature built into the Directions button. Click, go and track all in one place.
All expenses can be EXPORTED using the green button top right, and you can check through and feel confident that you are not missing anything that can be claimed for.
