Lats Car Valet

Phil & Pete have been providing mobile valeting and interior repairs since 2019 and they wouldn't be without Pocket PA.

They love the way it gives them realtime access to a central diary to book all their clients in and sending out marketing messages to stay in touch.

Tell us about Car Valet Ltd and what led you to Pocket PA

We launched Lats Car Valet 2 months before the pandemic hit, as you can imagine it was a slow year, but we’ve managed to get through the pandemic and provide 5* car valeting to many new clients. 

My business partner, Pete, is highly skilled in upholstery repair and valeting. Not many people realise their leather can be maintained, cleaned and even repaired, but we’re trying to get the word out - there is hope for leather upholstery.

We heard about Pocket PA through a friend and signed up straight away as the potential was obvious from the start. 



I feel totally in control of my bookings and income. Sending out email reminders is so <br>professional and all my clients love it!
How were you running your admin before Pocket PA?

We have an accountant so weren’t worried so much about the accounting side of things, but the booking, calendar, managing our client database, and marketing, were areas that needed improving.

We spent a lot of time having to communicate with each other about bookings, clients, our calendar so without Pocket PA and a sytem we were struggling, making mistakes and things would go awry. 

Pocket PA updates the calendar and client database in real time, meaning we can both see what’s in the diary without having to call each other and check. It’s  freed up so much of our time and taken away a lot of stress.



How easy was it to get going with Pocket PA?

We found Pocket PA so easy to set up as there are lot's of help articles explaining how to use the features.

We’ve been using it for nearly 3 years now, and while we don’t use all aspects, we couldn’t be without the features that we do use and there have been a lot of improvements and updates within Pocket PA.

The marketing feature has made things much easier as we’re able to send client reminders direclty from the system without having to think about it and we love that we’re able to drag and drop our appointments, too. 

We also love the calendar, the product list and how it's managed all the marketing for us to reach our client.



What would you say to anyone thinking about using Pocket PA?
