On the Business (and Premium) plan you will get 100 (and 200) SMS credits included and topped up into your account each month which can be used for client notifications and / or the marketing messages (in Premium). Any credits not used at the time of renewal will expire. You can add additional credits anytime. No refunds are available for SMS credits included in your plan or bought separately.For the Lite plan, all SMS are ona Pay As You Go (PAYG) basis.

There is no monthly tie-in so you can end your contract at any time, so on that basis there are no refunds for unused periods.
We offer a 14-day free trial to everyone and during this time you will get access to the Premium level tier. The onlylimitation is that 5 SMS credits are included during the trial period and 5email marketing credits

No Pocket PA is web and cloud based so nothing to download or take up storage space on devices and it’s very mobile friendly, designed to use on the go. Open any browser and log in on your phone, tablet or desktop and save a shortcut to your home screen for quick access.
Your subscription will be set upon an Auto renewal basis and will be automatically taken each month or year unless you switch it off.
If you stop your paid subscription, data will be held for 90 days after which time your account and data will be deleted. If you require this information for accounting purposes, you must export the data when you still have an active paid for account before it switches to READ ONLY mode, and you will need to save it somewhere safely to retrieve later.
There are step by step help guides on how to set up and use each feature in Pocket PA and we send you a daily email with short ‘How to’ videos during your 14-day free trial. There is also an online chat assistant if you want to connect and ask a specific question.
There are no contract or setup fees. You can switch your plan or cancel your Pocket PA subscription at anytime.
Email client notifications are included in all plans for booking confirmations, reminders and thank you messages. Email messages sent using the Premium plan marketing module are bought on a PAYG basis. Prices start at 1p for every 4 emails sent

When you connect to integrations from within Pocket PA to payment gateways provided by Stripe or Square, or toZoom or to our Tax partner, you will be entering into a separate third-party agreement and be bound by their own Terms and Conditions.
Cancel your plan anytime from your Account Settings under the Subscription tab by switching off the Auto renew toggle. When you cancel, you’ll still be able to use your plan until the end of your subscription period. After your paid subscription ends, you’ll be switched to a READ ONLY plan meaning you will not be able to add or export anything in or out of Pocket PA
