The company collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) and through other interactions and communications, you have with us. The Services are provided by Zomsko Ltd. UK. (“Company” or “we”) and this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information collected and used by Company while you interact with the Company’s website, Application (the “app”), and services. Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of the Services is also subject to the Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

Registration Information. When you sign up for a Company account, you give us your name, email address, and phone number. If you decide to sign up for Company using your Facebook or Google account, we will also get basic information from your account profile like your name, gender, profile photo, and Facebook friends.

Payment Method. Payment will be charged from your Debit/Credit card after you confirm the purchase in iOS Mobile Application. When you add a credit card or payment method to your account using the web application, a third party that handles payments for us will receive your card information. To keep your financial data secure, we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our Customer Support, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

b. Information We Collect When You Use the Services

Location Information. When you open the Application on your mobile device, we receive your location. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background.

Your location information is necessary for things like calculating directions, tracking your mileage to help you easily account for expenses and charges. If you give us permission through your device settings or Company application, we may collect your location while the app is off to identify promotions or service updates in your area.

Device Information. The company receives information from Users’ devices, including IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and, if you register with your Google account, your Google identified, or with your Facebook account, your Facebook identifier. We collect mobile sensor data from devices (such as speed, direction, height, acceleration or deceleration) to improve location accuracy and analyze usage patterns.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use the Services and to help us improve it, we automatically receive information about your interactions with the Services, like the pages or other content you view, your actions within the Company app, and the dates and times of your visits.

Call and Text Information. We work your service provider to facilitate phone calls and text messages through the Services. We receive information about these communications including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages. For security and training purposes, we may also monitor and/or record the contents of phone calls made to us. You will be given notice that your call may be recorded, and by proceeding you agree to allow Company to monitor and/or record your call.

User Feedback. At Company, we want to make sure Users are always enjoying great service. We receive information about ratings and reviews you provide.

Address Book Contacts and Calendar Information. If you permit Company to access the address book and your Calendar on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, we may access and store names, contact and Calendar Information from your Phone to facilitate invitations and social interactions that you initiate through our Services and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of consent or collection and we may store that information to our server for the betterment of user experience.

Camera Access. Certain Service features may require the use of the camera on your mobile device. If you permit Company to access the camera on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, the app will be able to access and utilize your device’s camera.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We collect information through the use of “cookies”, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to understand how you navigate through the Services and interact with Company advertisements, to learn what content is popular, and to save your preferences. Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed every time you use the Services. You should consult your web browser(s) to modify your cookie settings. We use the information we collect from all Users to:

• Analyze how the Company community uses the Services;
• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for marketing and promotional purposes;
• Personalize the Company experience for you and your friends and contacts;
• Send you the text messages and push notifications;
• Facilitate transactions and payments;
• Provide you with customer support;
• Find and prevent fraud; and
• Respond to trust and safety issues that may arise, and requests from government authorities.

By using the Service, You agree that Company can access, aggregate and use non-personally identifiable data Company has collected from You. This data will in no way identify You or any other individual.

International Partners. We’ve partnered with organizations around the globe so Users can expand their accessibility and ease of use with our app. When we utilize an organization from a foreign jurisdiction, we share the same information that is shared between domestic entities.

4. Storing Your Information

Company holds your personal information on servers located in the United States of America (the U.S.) and Other Countries

We use top tier, third party data hosting providers’ to host our Services on servers located in the U.S and other countries. If you are a citizen of England, this means that your personal information will be transferred outside of Englad toto other countries. Including the U.S.

We have in place transfer mechanisms with all our third party data hosting providers that satisfy the requirements relating to Company’s transfer of data from the European Union abroad.

By entering personal information into the Services, you consent to that personal information being hosted on servers located in the U.S. and other designated countries. While your personal information will be stored on servers located outside of England, it will remain within Company’s effective control at all times. Each data hosting provider’s role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to Company, and we’ve taken steps to ensure that our data hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, Your personal information. They do not control, and are not permitted to access or use your personal information, except for the limited purpose of storing the information. This means that, for the purposes of Australian privacy legislation and Australian users, Company does not currently “disclose” personal information to third parties located overseas.

If You do not want Your personal information to be transferred to a server located outside of England, , You should not provide Company with Your personal information or use the Service.

5. Your Choices

Email Subscriptions. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails but we will still send you transactional and relational emails about your account use of the Services.

Text Messages. You can opt out of receiving commercial or promotional text messages on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, however, opting out of receiving all texts may impact your use of the Services.

Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the Services (such as receiving a notification that you have received a message).

Profile Information. You can delete any information that you added to your account at any time if you don’t want others to see it. Company will retain copies of the information as provided herein.

Location Information. While you can prevent your device from sharing location information at any time through your Device’s operating system settings, it may prevent your use of certain Service features and functions.

Editing and Accessing Your Information. You can review and edit certain account information by logging in to your account settings and profile. If you choose to terminate your account, we will deactivate it for you but may retain information from your account for a certain period of time and disclose it in a manner consistent with our practices under this PrivacyPolicy for accounts that are not closed. We also may retain information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, analyze usage of the Services, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.

Data Security. Company is committed to protecting the security of Your personal information and we take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information is stored on secure servers that have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authorities, and all data transferred between You and the Company is encrypted.
